A friend of mine in the UK who invests globally just mentioned to me that Brazilian yields are now close to or equal to UK yields.  THIS IS INSANE!  Who would lend to Brazil, a country that although blessed with enormous resources and bountiful natural wealth, has had numerous fiscal failures as well as stagnant growth for most of the past decade at the same rate as the UK.  What kind of craziness is this?
